Finally the government has been forced to do something about spam. The Australian Media and Communications Authority (ACMA) has set up a Do Not Call register - where you can lodge your phone number and (almost) never be call-centre-spammed again. Lobby now for this to be extended to email! See also the new cyber.gov.au site with advice if you have been hacked. | ||
